Hello, I’m Marilyn. Welcome to our Online Community. As a prelude to acquainting you with all of the great things we have to offer, let me spend a few moments introducing myself. When it comes to writing about myself it’s not something that I often do. Given the opportunity to divulge my thoughts on paper seems overwhelming at times. There is so much to write!
In the beginning
Let’s start at the beginning. I was born in Chicago, IL to a dad who was a factory worker and a mom who was a domestic. Both migrated from the South with hopes of improving their lives. The South Side of Chicago left much to be desired but for those migrating from southern states it held the possibility of change.
My parents, like many, worked hard to provide for their family. Because they had to work so hard they valued ways in which to save money and looked for opportunities to make money. Even though that was years ago, families today are still looking for ways in which to stretch their dollars as well as increase their finances. As you go through my site you will be able to find great ways to do both. Be sure to bookmark my site and come back often.
The American Dream includes personal growth, professional advancement, being able to live in decent safe neighborhoods, provide a great education for the children and hopefully be able to travel. It also includes having time to enjoy the fruits of your labor with family and friends. Time passes quickly and no one wants to end their life with the thoughts of “what if” or “if only”.
The photo on the left brings back memories of Chicago in the 1950’s. Life was tough, but people were constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve. As you go through the site, you will find ways to save money and to improve your quality of life.

From A to Z (in this case T) we cover a broad range… and we are adding things all the time. We order products and services and if they work, and the savings are there, we just add them to our lists of other great services. All located in their proper category (see on the left).
